# live_read

Area: Live process. Safety: read-only.

Read typed values from the attached process; pointers say what they point at.

## Parameters

| `address` | string | yes | Live or static address, or a name; `live:0x..` is never rebased. |
| `count` | integer | no | Values (default 1, max 256). |
| `kind` | string | no | What to decode the bytes as (default u64). Values: `u8`; `u16`; `u32`; `u64`; `i8`; `i16`; `i32`; `i64`; `f32`; `f64`; `ptr`; `cstr`; `wstr` |
